Content Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service apply to all digital content purchased from Wordflirt LLC, including but not limited to videos, templates, social media content, graphics, written materials, downloads, and other digital marketing assets (“Content”).


By purchasing, downloading, or using Wordflirt Content, you agree to the following terms.


License for Use

All Content purchased from Wordflirt LLC is provided under a single-user, non-transferable license for the purchaser’s own business marketing use.

The purchaser may publish, display, and distribute the Content through their own marketing channels, including but not limited to:

  • Their personal or company website
  • Email newsletters
  • Social media platforms
  • Marketing presentations
  • Advertising or promotional materials

Ownership of the Content remains with Wordflirt LLC. Purchasing Content does not transfer copyright or ownership.


Team and Agency Use

Unless otherwise stated in writing, each purchase grants a single-user license for the individual purchaser only.

Agencies, teams, brokerages, or organizations must purchase additional licenses for each user who will access or use the Content.


Prohibited Uses

The purchaser may not:

  • Share the Content with other loan officers, businesses, marketing agencies, or third parties
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Content in any form
  • Upload the Content to shared drives, team libraries, membership sites, or marketing repositories
  • Claim the Content as their own intellectual property

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reproduction of the Content is strictly prohibited.


Compliance Responsibility

The purchaser is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with any laws, regulations, company policies, or industry guidelines applicable to their business.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mortgage or reverse mortgage advertising compliance
  • Company or broker review requirements
  • Federal, state, or regulatory advertising rules

Wordflirt LLC does not guarantee that any Content will meet the compliance requirements of a specific lender, broker, company, or regulatory authority.


Modifications and Edits

Some Content may be provided in a format that allows customization or editing. Any modifications made by the purchaser are their responsibility and remain subject to these Terms of Service.


Intellectual Property

All Content created and sold by Wordflirt LLC remains the intellectual property of Wordflirt LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in termination of the license and potential legal action.


Violation of Terms

Wordflirt LLC reserves the right to revoke access to purchased Content without refund if these Terms of Service are violated. Unauthorized distribution or resale may also result in legal action.


Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Wordflirt Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
